Notice is hereby given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 Section 87(2)that a vacancy exists in the office of Parish Councillor for Mappington Parish Council.
Unless ten or more electors of the parish of Mappington, on or before (insert date) submit a request in writing for an election to be held, the Parish Council will take steps to fill the vacancy by co-option.
